thanks fullness

A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue, but the parent of all the other virtues.

I am full of thanks this morning and actually, most mornings.

There are so many things to be thankful for.

Here are my top five.

1. family
2. friends
3. health
4.being outside
5. determination

Here is to celebrating thanks and hopefully being able to do it with family and/or
friends.

p.s. I am also thankful for Les, my kiln fixer, for making my kiln work again. I will
be firing Sunday.... still holding my breath but with hope and thanks.

  1. I have pretty much that same top five. Hope you had a great holiday, I'm trying to catch up with everyone today, now that I can take a little breath!

  2. Tracy I have loved seeing all of your pots in a variety of firing styles!!! I reminds me to keep some high fired clay aside in case on of my salt/wood friends here in Asheville invite me to join in!! Plus I have not done Raku in a VERY long time and would love a go at it again. My kiln is one and I am just nervously awaiting its fate!!! Can you tell I need to change my attitude a bit? ;o)

More later... hope that breath is deep and relaxing.

Your words inspire me to do and be more. So do your thoughts but I just can't read them yet! ;)
